As a SaaS Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining our SynaptiQ platform and providing first-level support to our clients, as well as assisting with onboarding and the development of new features.
