Job Description

To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for an experienced Project Planner, who will play a key role in developing, maintaining and controlling project schedules to ensure successful delivery of our projects within scope, budget and time.

As Project Planner you will work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement and construction teams to translate technical and commercial input into a realistic project schedule. You are the trusted advisor for project and construction managers, providing insight into project progress, schedule risks and performance trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate plans from partners/subcontractors into a coherent project planning.
• Support the project team with clear planning overviews, critical path analysis and earned value reports.
• Identify and communicate schedule deviations, issues, risks and opportunities.
• Assist the project manager with schedule reporting to the client, by providing input for the monthly progress reports and participate in client meetings.
• Make “what-if” scenarios and recovery schedules where required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning standards, templates and procedures.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Planner with:

• HBO/WO education with a technical background.
• Experience as a Project Planner in the construction of offshore platforms or similar heavy industrial projects.
• Proven expertise with Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• In-depth understanding of the full EPCI lifecycle and interfaces between disciplines.
• Proactive, structured and able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written.)
