As a Student Assistant in Quality, HSE, and Information Security, you will become part of a collaborative and supportive environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transparent performance management. You will support activities across Quality, HSE, and Information Security, contributing to structured reporting, performance tracking, and data-driven insights that support management decision-making.
A core part of the role is supporting the preparation of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes collecting, structuring, and validating data, supporting the development of dashboards and management reports, and helping ensure consistency and quality across reporting outputs. You will work with established processes and frameworks and gain insight into how governance topics are managed in a large, international organization.
You will also support ongoing improvement initiatives by assisting with documentation, follow-up actions, and coordination tasks across stakeholders and business units. The role offers exposure to international collaboration in a largely virtual working environment, with regular presence at your local office expected. Guidance and support will be provided, and the position is well suited for students who are structured, analytical, and interested in how Quality, HSE, and Information Security are applied in practice.
