Menadżer Projektów (k/m) – Budownictwo Drogowe / Projekty Miejskie Tramwajowe

Opis stanowiska

You will be responsible for:

• supervising and managing of the project in accordance with the schedule, tender and execution budget and proper preparation of financial forecasts (responsibility for the financial result on the project)
• contract administration
• risk management on the project along with the mitigation plan
• preparing of the contract organization structure, monitoring and managing the needs of the project in terms of human resources
• ensuring that equipment’s, materials and procedures etc. are in place and support project execution
• supervising of the comprehensive project documentation
• building and maintaining proper relations with clients, contractors and institutions
• active participating market monitoring and participation in the tendering process
• safety overseeing on the project

We are looking for you, if you have:

• a university degree in civil engineering and/or management, finacial or other relevant
• an experience in conducting civil projects in a similar position, supported by a very good level of knowledge in the field of planning and management of a construction project
• strong leadership skills to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
• good knowledge of controlling and financial settlements in the project, including forecast preparation
• an ability to build long-term business relationships and developed negotiation skills
• an ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• very good (written and spoken) Polish and English – min. B2
• driving license category B
