Your responsibilities

You will:

• Leading the division’s digital transformation journey, ensuring alignment with AFRY’s Next Chapter, Group IT strategy, and business needs
• Strengthening operational efficiency in close collaboration with Group IT by harmonizing applications, platforms, infrastructure, and ways of working
• Standardizing processes, reducing complexity, and identifying automation and digitalization opportunities to unlock meaningful business value

You will also:

• Engaging with the business to understand challenges, opportunities, and needs, translating them into impactful digital initiatives
• Assessing and reviewing business processes to prioritize initiatives that create the highest value
• Aligning divisional ambitions with enterprise-wide platforms to ensure consistency and scalability across AFRY

Change management and adoption will be a key part of your role. You will:

• Leading change management efforts for group-wide digital initiatives, ensuring clear communication, strong adoption, and stakeholder alignment
• Supporting a culture of digital confidence through structured training, transparent communication, and engaging learning experiences
• Fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing around digital capabilities, scaling best practices across the division

As a role model for data & AI, you will:

• Promoting AI and data literacy across the division, building awareness, competence, and confidence in using data as a value driver
• Strengthening data governance, harmonization, ownership, and quality in partnership with Group IT and business teams

Your profile

Essential:

• Significant senior leadership experience in digital transformation from both business and IT perspectives

Additionally, you bring:

• A strong understanding of business development and digital business models
• Confidence in data-driven decision-making and understanding of how data supports strategic direction
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into meaningful digital solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust, alignment, and clarity across diverse stakeholder groups
• A solutions-oriented and pragmatic approach, with a focus on turning opportunities into results
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
