The position is established for the purpose of supporting the IT Team of Asso. The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing daily technical support to users and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization鈥檚 IT systems. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, supporting office IT infrastructure, and assisting users with their everyday IT needs.
Responsibilities
Provide daily IT support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot problems related to operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support basic network operations and connectivity.
Assist users with general IT requests and day-to-day technical issues.
Provide basic user guidance and support on company IT systems and tools.
Requirements
Studies in IT or a related field.
Min 1 year of experience in IT support is required.
Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common office software.
Understanding of basic networking concepts.
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language;
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to support non-technical users effectively.
