As a Senior Sales Engineer DACH, you will support Fluence’s commercial growth across the region by developing technically optimized energy storage solutions in close collaboration with EMEA Sales teams. Based in Erlangen or Berlin (hybrid), you will translate customer requirements into competitive proposals, provide deep technical expertise on energy storage platforms, and guide system configuration and compliance with local standards.
You will lead technical aspects of the sales process—from solution design and contractor evaluation through contract negotiation and project handover—while coordinating with Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Execution teams. Acting as the technical owner of assigned opportunities, you will proactively manage risks, support tool and material development, and feed customer insights into product roadmaps. This role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and collaboration to successfully close complex deals across the DACH region.
