Always finding the right experts for every challenge – that’s our goal at FERCHAU, which is why we are looking for you: an experienced Electrical Designer / Senior Electrical Designer and work with us on sophisticated solutions for the energy sector. A position with active involvement in large‑scale projects across high‑ and medium‑voltage substations in Poland and abroad, as well as offshore developments and strategic nuclear energy investments – all carried out within a modern BIM/3D design environment and supported by advanced engineering tools. A direct contribution to high‑impact national initiatives shaping the future of Poland’s energy landscape.

• Work mode: hybrid work from the office in Katowice or fully remote work

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of design documentation for building permit, detailed design, and as‑built stages, in line with contract requirements, standards, and regulations
• Coordination of design solutions with the Client and the System Operator, including participation in meetings and on-site visits
• Leadership of the primary circuits discipline, including supervision of assistant engineers and designers and ensuring technical quality
• Author’s supervision during project execution
• Ensuring efficient interdisciplinary coordination and information exchange within project teams
• Implementation of optimization measures to improve project execution
