Receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
Plan and carry out all work in accordance with procedures, laws and guidelines.
In conjunction with Project Managers, source equipment and material to projects.
Take part in the further development of the company’s procedure for the warehouse service.
Prepare all documents required for shipping and recieving equipment.
Identify problem areas in warehouse operations and help to take action.
Stay up to date with developments in relevant parts of the field.
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Ensure all equipment is made ready for mobilization to include but not limited to, calibration, cleanliness, organization and function.
Keep warehouse and attached suite in clean, orderly, well kept state for efficient and safe operations.
Maintain ALL documentation regarding equipment status including but not limited to Certification, Calibration, Usage history, etc… as required by law, procedure and best practice
Collection of equipment/materials from external locations in and around Gdansk area
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
Degree in logistics or mechanical engineering
Experience working in project-based, industrial, offshore, or technical environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with inventory control, and documentation processes (shipping, certification, calibration records).
Valid driving license (category B) required; forklift or other warehouse equipment certifications are a strong plus.
