Energy Marshal / Energy Isolation Specialist – Data Center (m/f/d) NOWOŚĆ

FERCHAU Poland is looking for an experienced professional to join a project delivered for an international client operating in the Data Center sector.

If you have extensive experience in electrical supervision, have participated in large-scale Data Center projects, and possess strong knowledge of energization procedures and electrical safety, we would like to hear from you.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the safe energization of electrical systems and installations
• Implement and monitor Energy Isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Participate in planning and supervising high-risk electrical activities
• Review and verify energization procedures and related documentation
• Identify energy sources and assess risks before work commencement
• Coordinate activities between the client, contractors, and project teams
• Conduct audits and recommend improvements related to electrical safety and compliance
• Ensure that personnel involved in electrical works have the required qualifications, training, and PPE
• Intervene and stop unsafe work practices when necessary

What we expect of you

• Valid Polish electrical/energy qualifications (SEP or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical installations, electrical supervision, or related fields
• Experience on at least one Data Center project with a capacity exceeding 4 MW (mandatory)
• Practical knowledge of energization processes, Energy Isolation, and LOTO procedures
• Communicative level of English
• Ability to work in a project-driven environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in commissioning, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities will be considered an advantage
