Your contribution to TenneT
As a Document Manager, you are responsible for defining and implementing documentation management routines to ensure full transparency, traceability, and control of information—specifically supporting the use and development of ThinkProject within the business.
You will be part of the 2GW program at TenneT, working within the Portfolio GE Seatrium, department Project Management, and contribute to the design and build of the 2GW program projects IJmuiden Ver Beta, Gamma, and Nederwiek 2.
Your key responsibilities include:
In addition, you will identify and implement system improvements, develop ad-hoc solutions for project-specific needs, and ensure alignment with TenneT standards. You will also prepare documentation for operational handover, manage final documentation delivery, and generate reports and statistics for project management.
You will work closely with engineers, project leads, and the Project Management Office (PMO), both within TenneT and with external contractors. Within the project’s PM team, you will have 10 direct colleagues (including 2 other Document Managers), and the broader 2GW team consists of around 50 people.
