Working on pharmaceutical projects by cooperating with the team based in Copenhagen;
Preserving the integrity and accessibility of documentation;
Maintaining order, accuracy, and security in handling project documents;
Distribute relevant documents to the right personnel, departments, or external parties as needed;
Encourage teamwork and communication, make sure that paperwork is shared properly;
Ensure alignment with company standards and relevant industry regulations.
Our requirements:
3+ years of experience in the position of Document Controlling;
Understanding of how to manage cloud-based document storage and sharing (Microsoft SharePoint/Cloud Storage Solutions e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive);
Familiarity with ISO Standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or ISO 19650). Understanding of document management standards, especially for projects requiring compliance;
Basic knowledge of Revit software regarding document lists, updating metadata, creating new documents/drawings etc.
Basic understanding of databases, SQL, or Microsoft Access for more advanced document handling;
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
Comfortable with a dynamic workflow, busy days, continuous changes, and both long and short deadlines.
