Become a part of our friendly team at our location in Hamburg  as a HSE Manager (all genders) 

Your future tasks: 

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Safety Manager, with German certification as “Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit” to join our global team in the offshore wind sector.

• In addition, you will also act as global subject matter expert in electrical safety.

• You will be part of our corporate HSEQ team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company operates sustainably, ethically, and responsibly, aligning with global Health and Safety standards and practices.

Your profile: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

• German certification as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa), and with certification as Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator (SiGeKo) being a plus.

• Proven experience in Health and Safety management in projects, within the offshore wind or oil & gas industry.

• Strong understanding on Regulatory Requirements for Electrical Safety (both HV and LV)

• Skills in developing and implementing electrical safety programs

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in the use of English and fluent German skills
