Now Hiring: Mechanical Engineer (Germany)
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our project team in Germany.
In this role, the Mechanical Engineer will support the mechanical delivery of the project in collaboration with the Mechanical Supervisor and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all relevant client communications during the project.
Coordinate work with subcontractors to ensure services are aligned.
Prepare method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction activities.
Ensure completion of all mechanical system deliverables according to project requirements and safety standards.
Work with the project team to sequence pipework installation in line with scheduled milestones.
Assess and manage the commercial aspects of the project from handover to procurement and delivery:
Equipment
Specialist subcontractors
Suppliers
Assist in documenting and costing changes to work scopes.
Support the preparation of monthly valuations and the final account.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mechanical engineering role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in data centre environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors on site.
