As a Cost Manager at AECOM, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering cost management services across infrastructure projects. Your day-to-day tasks include:
Assisting in the delivery of cost management commissions and supporting project completion.
Collaborating with other Surveyors to provide high-quality cost management services across team projects.
Learning from senior team members and contributing to a positive, professional team environment.
Developing strong, professional relationships with consultants and project team members.
Acting as an interface with clients and design team members on specific projects.
Managing the delivery of cost management outputs on allocated projects, ensuring adherence to timescales and quality standards.
Providing full Cost Management duties to AECOM clients on allocated projects.
Participating in non-project related team activities, including QA, office management, business development, and H&S compliance.
Sector experience: Infrastructure projects
Qualifications
Degree qualified – BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
Professionally qualified – On the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland; preferably Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS or SCSI).
Excellent IT skills, including use of digital measurement, cost planning, and tender documentation tools.
