What you will be doing 

As a leader in Operational Excellence and Quality, you’ll drive performance, innovation, and resilience across OCC South. Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and leading a quality framework aligned to ISO 9001, improving customer service and CI/CML outcomes.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Coaching the team, building a high-performance culture focused on safety, collaboration, and accountability.
• Monitoring KPIs, supporting regulatory submissions, and leading audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven improvements.
• Supporting operational change, and contributing to emergency planning.
• Driving governance and safety by managing non-conformances and embedding corrective actions.

What you will bring 

We’re seeking a confident, strategic leader with deep expertise in quality, performance, and operational excellence—ideally within the energy or utilities sector.

What you’ll need to thrive:

• Sharp analytical skills, tech-savvy with data tools, and a proactive mindset for driving change.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in quality management, compliance, and performance delivery across Transmission, Distribution, or Generation.
