About the Role

You will serve as the technical anchor for your projects, combining technical depth with project execution and client collaboration. From initial scoping to detailed design and final delivery, you’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to develop robust and future-proof electrical systems. Your leadership will ensure that project quality, compliance, and client expectations align.

You will:

• Engage directly with clients to understand needs, define scope, and propose tailored engineering solutions
• Design electrical systems including control and power panels, instruments, and low-voltage installations
• Handle all project stages including specifications, documentation, risk assessments, FAT/SAT, and handover
• Oversee tender processes and manage negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaborate across disciplines (mechanical, software, automation) to ensure cohesive project execution

Your base will be either Stilling or Ballerup, with opportunities for hybrid work and occasional site visits depending on the project.

You have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar technical field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in project-heavy environments
• A deep understanding of electrical system design, technical documentation, and compliance standards
• Experience with customer dialogue, project budgeting, risk assessment, and tender material
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Danish is a strong advantage)
• A structured, self-driven work style and a proactive mindset
