Senior O&M Engineer

You will be a part of our Asset Management department, and work with highly skilled engineers, where we help our customers by supplying best practices, to help create value for our customers. We bridge theory and practice, and you will be responsible for framing project deliveries, and create work tools for optimization in close collaboration with the customers.

Requirements:

• Experience: Over five years of experience in maintenance management and execution within maintenance organizations.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, risk assessment, systematic, flexibility, and the capacity to take on various roles within projects.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; Danish is nice to have.
• Personal Traits: Initiative, ambition, quality consciousness, and a positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Asset Maintenance: Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for various technical assets.
• Project Execution: Lead and manage projects, ensuring effective execution and close dialogue with customers.
• Technical Assessments: Conduct technical assessments and develop maintenance plans and tasks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across different departments to combine competencies for individual projects.
