Main Responsibilities:

• Lead a project team in charge of delivering a scope of work defined in the contract and executed within an agreed timeframe
• Validate the project execution plan, cost base, and contractual qualifications
• Take accountability for the overall project delivery and its multiple work streams
• Establish and manage effective communications with internal stakeholders and clients
• Ensure delivery of the project execution plan and budget
• Provide full project reporting
• Strong analytical skills
• Report the consolidated project status and financial information on a regular basis
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Demonstrated experience in a project manager role
• Experience within plant engineering or machines and equipment is desired. However, transferrable skills will be much appreciated (high complex technical scenarios is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to manage through influence and collaborate globally
• Demonstrated expertise in mentoring/team development, change management and organizational skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Windchill experience is nice to have, but not a requirement.
