Technical Documentation Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Controller to support our engineering and manufacturing teams by managing technical documentation and ensuring smooth information flow across projects.

Your duties as Technical Documentation Controller

• Manage engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, specifications, procedures)
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and proper version control
• Coordinate drawing releases
• Maintain documentation lists and communicate changes clearly to relevant teams
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and manufacturers regarding documentation flow
• Support manufacturers in accessing and understanding documentation
• Collaborate with engineering team to resolve inconsistencies or missing information

Required skills

• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of responsibilities, standards and good practices related to documentation work
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Good English and Polish language skills – proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Good cultural understanding and ability to work with international teams
• Being structured and systematic in approach
• Strong cooperation and communication skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
