Construction Site Planner

As a Site Planner you will be responsible for leading site planning and scheduling activities from contract signature through to the achievement of contractual site milestones. You will take all actions in your capacity to ensure completion of Project on time.

Location: Bucharest & Cernavoda
Reports to: Project Manager and Site Coordinator at Arabelle Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain schedules for site maintenance and refurbishment activities, focusing on shaft line and auxiliaries.
• Create dedicated schedules for one-off and ad-hoc interventions.
• Act as the primary planning interface with the client and subcontractors to ensure full schedule integration.
• Support the Project Manager and Contract Manager in identifying schedule deviations and contractual impacts.
• Participate in site missions to monitor and follow up on activities according to the planning.
• Prepare planning and CMS procedures in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Develop and update site schedules, ensuring integration of STS, MTS, and CMS.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractors to validate progress and maintain accurate schedules.
• Produce periodic reports, identify delays, and propose recovery or acceleration plans.
• Lead coordination meetings and provide reliable forecasts.
• Support contract management with milestones and subcontract schedules.
• Maintain project history for lessons learned and contractual purposes.

Required Expertise:

• Proven experience in steam turbine shaft line assembly and auxiliary systems.
• Experience working within a consortium or multi-party environment.
• Ability to manage planning for maintenance and ad-hoc activities under client agreements.
• Familiarity with multi-year agreements is a plus.
