We are looking for an HVAC / Water & Sewage Designer to join our team at FERCHAU, who will work on assignments for our Client in the energy and industrial sector. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in highly complex and technically significant projects involving modern building services installations in demanding industrial environments.

Your responsibilities

  • Comprehensive preparation of design documentation
  • Preparing Technical Specifications, PFUs, and bills of quantities
  • Performing author supervision during project implementation
  • Cross-discipline coordination within projects and ensuring effective information flow
  • Cooperation with contractors, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of assistant designers and subcontractors
  • Preparing documentation in line with contractual requirements and project schedules

Your profile

  • Higher technical education in Environmental Engineering
  • Very good knowledge of design software:
  • HVAC: FluidDesk BIM, InstalTherm + OZC, Ventpack
  • Water & Sewage: Profil Koordynator, InstalSystem
  • CAD: AutoCAD; MicroStation, OpenPlant, Revit would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation
  • Valid Category B driving licence
  • Experience in the energy or industrial sector
  • Building design licence in the installation specialty (unrestricted) – nice to have
