N-Sea, is on the lookout for a EHS Advisor to support our IRM team in delivering impactful projects!

As a EHS Advisor at N-Sea, you will play a Important role in promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Provide EHS training and support to all employees.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in EHS practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Environmental Health and Safety or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a EHS role, preferably in the subsea or offshore industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
