Iv focuses on the design and construction supervision of a wide range of water-related assets, including drinking water, industrial water and wastewater installations, as well as water level management systems. Due to the growth of our activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our team. Your responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and specifications and translating these into design proposals or draft specifications. You will carry out static and dynamic hydraulic calculations and contribute to the design of transport systems such as pumps and piping. Knowledge of and experience with treatment works (for example sludge and gas lines) and sludge digestion installations (including biogas and ATEX) are a strong advantage. Finally, you will deliver clear, high-quality reports, for which a strong command of the Dutch language is required.
Water plays a crucial role in society: it is essential for drinking water, industry and agriculture, but it also poses risks due to flooding and rising sea levels.
