Sourcing Manager/Coordinator acts as the operations lead in projects, ensuring on-time delivery from all disciplines within the Operations team. You will be an integral member of the project core team, actively reporting on progress, coordinating tasks, and participating in problem-solving to keep projects on track and within scope.

Duties

  • Manage fabrication activities within agreed budget and timeline
  • Manage the operations production plan and lead the Operations core team within projects
  • Act as operations lead in projects, ensuring on-time delivery across all involved disciplines
  • Report project progress and coordinate tasks within the project core team
  • Actively participate in problem-solving to keep projects on track and within scope

Required skills

  • Relevant experience in sourcing, production, or supplier management
  • Industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience with contracting and negotiations
  • Experience in project management and planning
  • Analytical and structured working approach
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Very good English and Polish skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
