Our HVAC team in Gelsenkirchen is looking for you!

Your responsibilities

• Field-specific planning responsibility with a focus on air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration technology, system-related fire protection, sanitary technology
• Preparing planning services (service phases HOAI 1 to 9)
• Technical coordination and quality assurance of the specialised planning of executing companies or external TGA planners
• Coordination and negotiations with internal and external project participants
• Participation in scheduling, planning, control and testing
• Monitoring the quality of execution and acceptance of services
• Technical support in awarding contracts, accounting and supplementary management
• Contract correspondence and technical documentation

Your profile

• University degree in supply engineering / TGA or comparable qualification (e.g. in heating engineering, air conditioning technology, sanitary engineering)
• Several years of professional experience in the project planning of building services systems, preferably in industrial construction as well as in the management and handling of building services projects
• Knowledge of CAD applications, preferably with 3D / BIM experience and specialised design software
• Practice-orientated approach and ability to keep an eye on the essentials, ability to work in a team and engagement
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to take business trips
