Technical Field Advisor

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Technical Field Advisor (TFA) to join our Nordics Field Service team. In this role, you will travel to customer sites as a technical expert, playing a key role in steam turbine maintenance in nuclear power plants. You will provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers, ensuring high-quality execution of maintenance activities.

With a strong commitment to quality, environmental, health, and safety standards, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical reports and documentation to the highest standards. In some cases, you will serve as the most senior representative on-site, managing smaller teams and overseeing operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support for the installation, maintenance, and operation of steam turbines and auxiliary systems at customer sites.
• Perform administrative tasks, including writing technical reports, preparing detailed job instructions, assisting in outage planning, and supporting tendering work.
• Mentor, coach, and train other field service team members.
• Assist in developing outage schedules to ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee and ensure high-quality work from team members.
• Promote and enforce adherence to safety standards and best practices.

Required qualifications:

• Technical university degree, Higher Vocational Education, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in steam turbine maintenance.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Proven skills In Steam turbine maintenance.
