Production SAP Specialist NEW

Job description

The position was mainly established to support our Production Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all SAP-related activities for the technical base, with emphasis on spare parts management, purchase requisitions and material tracking to ensure smooth production and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Register and manage spare parts in SAP
• Create and monitor purchase requisitions (PRs)
• Track inventory levels and support warehouse operations
• Ensure material availability for production and maintenance activities
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Coordinate closely with Procurement and Finance departments
• Support equipment maintenance processes through proper spare parts control
• Providing SAP system support
• Working with the following modules in SAP: MM, PM, and PS

Requirements

• Technical background (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Institute or equivalent)
• Previous experience using SAP (preferably in a production or technical environment)
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic equipments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with engineering and technical teams
• Troubleshooting and support in different modules in SAP
