About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Works Manager to supervise and manage daily site electrical works for the Kozienice CCPP Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and supporting the timely delivery of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site electrical works for the Project.
• Keep records of construction activities in Construction Logs.
• Coordinate multi-discipline works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure project progress.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues in coordination with the Project Management Team.
• Support QA/QC and HSE teams in achieving compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of works to align with overall project timelines.
• Submit notifications and participate in work inspections and acceptances together with QA/QC representatives and the Client.
