As a Senior Engineer at Arup, you will:

• Lead design and delivery of complex civil structures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across geographies to drive innovation
• Develop and mentor junior team members, developing cutting-edge technical skills and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
• Drive business development activities including positioning for project opportunities and development of client relationship

We also value:

• Third level Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in the design, management and delivery of complex bridges/civil structures and transport infrastructure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
• Expertise in relevant design software and a deep understanding of the relevant industry standards
• Experience in providing technical leadership and support to junior engineer
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams
