Design and develop electrical control panels within customer projects from concept to production
Ensure technical requirements and changes are aligned with the customer (via Technical Project Lead) Review and validate technical specifications and project scope before project initiation
Ensure designs comply with internal standards, electrical regulations, and customer requirements
Perform electrical design calculations
Create and manage BOMs (ERP systems) and support configuration management
Participate in BOM reviews and master data setup
Support prototype builds and ensure alignment between design and functionality
Collaborate with production/NPI teams to secure a smooth transition to serial/mass production
Define and execute routine and type tests, including documentation and reporting
Participate in FAI and (optionally) external acceptance tests
Our requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical design, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Experience in design and development of electrical panels/control systems
Knowledge of IEC/EN (e.g. IEC 61439, 60204) and UL standards (UL 508A)
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Polish is required
Understanding of EMC requirements nice to have Experience with D-FMEA tools nice have
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Good planning and organisational abilities
Self-driven and able to work independently
Willingness to travel when required
