Ferchau Poland invites Interior designers to join our team in Poland. We are looking for someone who will bring additional value to our team. We are looking for an inquiring mind with a passion for quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervision and coordination of construction groups and construction tasks in the area of public spaces (Casino, Art Gallery, conference rooms, restaurants)
  • Technical supervision and management of the designers within the assigned specialist group
  • Coordination and technical negotiations with internal and external partners
  • Reporting your own areas of responsibility to the lead engineer
  • Providing technical support to site management during the construction phase and during acceptance procedures with the owner/shipowner

Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Ocean Engineering or a similar discipline
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in Marine Interior Design projects
  • Proficiency knowledge of any 3D CAD tools (knowledge of: Catia v5/v6 or Siemens NX will be advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German will be advantage
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Ability to work under pillory of time and deadlines
  • Great self-organized skills and focus on detail
  • Open-minded and cooperative working style within a multicultural and international context
