Remote/Hybrid – B2B – Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification and interpretation of applicable legislation, permits, approvals, and notification requirements for offshore construction activities
• Identify and map relevant stakeholders, authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance registers, regulatory reports, and risk assessments.
• Act as a bridge between Polish regulatory requirements and offshore construction teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices for offshore wind project execution in Poland.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Polish regulatory and permitting requirements related to offshore or maritime projects.
• Experience working on offshore wind, maritime infrastructure, port, offshore pipeline, or similar marine construction projects.
• Understanding of project execution and construction activities in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for project and engineering teams.
• Fluent Polish and professional English.
