Job description
Logistics Specialist
Place of work: Gdańsk
Our responsibilities
- Create and confirm orders with suppliers and service providers
- Organize imports and exports of goods
- Communicate with suppliers, external factories, internal departments, and subcontractors to ensure on time delivery of goods/products
- Monitor order timelines and arrange for standard and oversized transport
- Prepare commercial documents for shipments
- Independently manage logistics aspects of projects and develop logistical plans
- Prepare Intrastat and VAT reports for the company
- Optimize logistics costs
- Maintain and execute operations project plans
Our requirements
- Willingness to work in the office in Gdańsk and Przejazdowo (50/50)
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Experience/background in logistics/supply chain – will be advantage
- Driving license cat. B
- Proficient knowledge in ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, SharePoint
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team
