Electrical Engineer (Commissioning OSS)

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the commissioning of the LV auxiliary systems of two OSS
• Evaluation of open documentation for LV auxiliary systems. LV auxiliary systems include LV switchboards, UPS, generator, HVAC, Fifi, Fuel system, cranes, FIM  equipment etc.
• Support on Technical Queries and design issues with the responsible engineer
• Evaluation and approval of HAT/SAT documentation of LV auxiliary systems
• Participation in meetings dedicated to commissioning preparation
• Represent the company on the OSS site in Aalborg for LV auxiliary systems
• Follow assembly works, perform MC inspections and energization
• Approve HATs
• Follow interface tests to Scada
• Commissioning meetings paricipation
• Monitor planning/progress and report to the commissioning management team
• Monitor LOTO and PTW system on site
• Approve SATs offshore
• FAT reports
• Provide training for O&M engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in substations
• Experience in general substation LV auxiliary systems commissioning, and electrical safety regulations
• Experience in offshore projects is advantageous
• Experience in design/engineering phase is advantageous
• Experience with LOTO, PTW systems is advantegous
