Offshore Installation Manager

A company in the renewable energy sector, that specializes in large-scale offshore wind farm projects. Its mission is to deliver the highest quality offshore installation services while ensuring the highest safety and environmental standards.

The team is seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to lead installation operations to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing operations on offshore installation platforms, including offshore project communication.
• Daily coordination with Construction/Installation Managers and the T&I Construction team.
• Participation in project meetings, toolbox talks, and regular progress reporting.
• Ensuring project compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of offshore installations, marine logistics, and personnel.
• Managing project documentation, including punch lists and handover procedures.
• Maintaining and updating offshore project management procedures (OMS).

Key Tasks

• Reviewing and approving offshore installation procedures.
• Coordinating technical teams and supervising quality during the T&I phase.
• Ensuring contractors comply with health, safety, and quality plans.
• Conducting on-site inspections and reporting results to the management team.
• Recording and closing out control points and non-conformities.
• Supporting risk identification and proposing process optimization solutions

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of documented experience in managing offshore projects, preferably in the wind farm sector.
• At least 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at an advanced level.
