Manager, Offshore Planning & External Resource Management

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage offshore construction suppliers and support strategy development in collaboration with Global Procurement
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure high-quality service and performance
• Plan and coordinate resource needs across offshore projects, including forecasting and demand planning
• Support supplier readiness and alignment by working closely with internal teams and installation partners
• Manage supplier performance reviews and facilitate continuous improvement across projects
• Support procurement, resolve supplier issues, and manage escalations effectively
• Provide consolidated resource demand forecasts and align supplier capacity accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in offshore construction, supplier management, or resource planning in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and supplier relationships
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Deep understanding of offshore construction processes and supplier dynamics
• Project management skills would be valuable
