Through formal training, you’ll develop essential skills in leadership, mechanical and electrical systems, safety, digital tools, contracts, and cost control. You’ll engage with subcontractors, coordinate suppliers, run meetings, and participate in client interactions—preparing you to lead your own project after completing the programme.

Candidate Profile:

• Currently studying Construction Management or Engineering (Level 8)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
