Active monitoring and reporting to package management on progress according to schedule, quality and risk management.
Ensure platform control via effective shift handover, work scheduling, and resource coordination. Coordinate with the MCC to manage vessel access, personnel transfers, and weather contingencies.
Lead proper personnel transfer planning with support from package and other project stream management. Assure that the E&I installation and outfitting work progress according to scope, schedule and quality.
Stay in direct contact, reporting progress of works with Construction Site Manager (separate position according to Polish Construction Law),

Management reviewing process of overall OSS Topside equipment installation/outfitting documentation with support of Baltic Power team.
Major Tasks:
Permanent Present on site and act as focal point of contact for on-site inspections, visits, and equipment outfitting & commissioning matters. Coordinate suppliers allowing them to deliver their scope within quality and time by responding to technical queries, comment to/approve on deliverables.
Conduct platform familiarization and ensure all Employer representatives onboard understand offshore procedures. Conduct regular area walks to observe work execution and ensure compliance with Employer HSE and quality expectations.
Record and escalate any non-conformances, unsafe acts, or deviations from approved procedures.
Review Contractor’s daily and weekly progress reports, validating data accuracy (manpower, progress %, test status). Manage the OSS interface with HV E&I, systems, auxiliaries and design and other packages where needed.
Support onshore management in readiness reviews and milestone acceptance.Liaise with the Marine Coordination Center on vessel schedules, personnel transfers, and weather constraints. Ensure SIMOPS and exclusion zones are properly coordinated between OSS, cable vessels, and wind turbine installation vessels.
Lead daily / weekly site progress meetings, ensuring the appropriate discipline is represented as required. Support that project Quality and HSE requirements are included in all related scopes. Contribute to and maintain high safety awareness culture.
Support the technical, consents and regulatory teams with OSS related issues or as required.
Assure that all interfaces within subcontractors, suppliers and towards other stakeholders are managed/ allocated.
Key Deliverables:
Issue daily/weekly report via Quality Inspection Tool (LAUTEC). This includes HSE observations, ongoing work scopes, manpower levels, weather impact, SIMOPS status, marine traffic coordination, and any deviations from the approved plan.
Participates in walkdowns and readiness verifications before mechanical completion, commissioning, and energization milestones.
Maintain a clear log of interface communications with other offshore assets, the Marine Coordination Center, and Contractor teams.
Proper personnel transfer planning.
Prior to any high-voltage (HV) energization, coordinates with the Employer’s commissioning and HSE teams to confirm readiness.
