Site Document Controller NEW

Job description

We now wish to recruit a SiteDocument Controler for a large construction project in Belgium.

This a fully site based position.

Responsibilities

Support the Quality Manager on the construction project by managing the Document Management System (DMS) on a day-to-day basis and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process project documentation within the DMS in line with established procedures.
• Provide assistance to Trade Partners and Package Managers with general document control queries.
• Process and track Technical Submittals and RFIs.
• Perform QA checks on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with all document control procedures and quality standards.
• Liaise with Trade Partners and Package Managers regarding documentation requirements.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of all project information.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in Document Control.
• Previous experience in document control on construction projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
• Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
• Good knowledge of English, Professional knowledge of French is a plus.
