Leśna 83, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000392171, NIP: 6342792088, REGON: 242614973, with a share capital of PLN 10,000. I have also been informed that I have the right to obtain information on the processing of my data, access my data and request its rectification, erasure, restriction, as well as to object to the processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The processing shall be carried out pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). This consent may be withdrawn by unchecking it in the list of consents available in the Consents tab in the User Panel.
