Document Administrator QSSHEF – UTEC Geo-Services
UTEC Geo-services is seeking an experienced Document Controller / Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This newly created role is ideal for someone with several years of administrative and document control experience with a deep understanding of Microsoft SharePoint libraries and SharePoint-based Intranet.
Location & Working Arrangement
This is an office-based role (with hybrid working 3 days office, 2 days home), located at our modern facility in Aberdeen (AB23) or either Wokingham (RG41) or Edinburgh (EH12). Candidates must live within daily commuting distance and be flexible with office days to meet business needs.

UTEC is looking to hire an experienced Document Controller / Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis at one of their facilities, preferably in Aberdeen, but we would also consider Edinburgh or Wokingham for the right candidate. The role holder will provide administrative support and document control to the Quality, Security, Safety & Health, Environment & Facilities (QSSHEF) function in support of its Geo-services Management System (GMS). The role will be involved in the processing and publishing of internal documents, operating the GMS (a SharePoint-based library), administering our SharePoint-based Intranet, as well as operating the global helpdesk.
