Job description

We are involved in projects ranging from early-stage feasibility studies to detailed design, working on a wide variety of linear infrastructure developments. Our team delivers both standalone transport design services and integrated solutions as part of multidisciplinary project teams.

Our clients span the public and private sectors, including long-term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities, as well as Design and Build commissions for major Contractors. Our office has a proven track record of successfully delivering roadway designs across the USA, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to some of the most iconic Transportation projects as part of a diverse and multicultural Enterprise Capabilities Team based in Poland and Spain.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Work on small projects or portions of larger ones supported by the Enterprise Capabilities team, under supervision of senior or experienced engineers.
• Perform daily design tasks including geometric design of linear infrastructure (highways or railways).
• Use design software tools to solve basic engineering problems and gradually develop advanced design skills.
• Prepare complex 2D and 3D drawings, including markups and CAD-related work.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience or strong interest in highway and/or railway design and a motivation to develop a technical career in this field.
• Some practical knowledge of geometric design using one or more of the following software packages: InRoads, OpenRoads / OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, or 12d Model.
• Good command of CAD software, preferably AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at an intermediate level or higher.
• CV in English is required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
