HVAC Designer (for projects in Sweden, team East) NEW

Job description

The design phase of our projects includes the following stages:

• Pre-design
• Conceptual design
• Detailed design
• As-built documentation

Your key responsibilities are:

• Designing and calculating HVAC systems
• Coordinating HVAC systems with other disciplines, including architects, structural engineers, and electrical designers
• Preparing drawings using MagiCAD and Revit
• Preparing background materials for pre-studies and feasibility reports

Qualifications

Must-have:

• A degree in engineering from a technical university
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in HVAC engineering, with a focus on public and commercial buildings
• Practical experience gained from at least three large Revit-based design projects
• Good command of written and spoken English (minimum CEFR level B1)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make independent decisions

Nice-to-have:

• Working knowledge of MagiCAD
• Experience working abroad, particularly on projects in the Nordic countries
• Experience with 3D coordination (e.g. using tools such as Solibri)
