The Deputy Manager is the disciplinary superior of the engineers of the stress calculation discipline and has the technical responsibility for his/her discipline both in the line and project organization.
His/Her first and foremost obligation is to establish the basis on discipline level for successful project execution and achieving positive project results by providing adequate resources (including but not limited to qualified and competent personnel, tools, lean workflows and procedures) to projects, proposals, developments, site support and developing, mentoring, training and supporting discipline personnel on projects, proposal, developments and site support.
