Contract of employment
As a Field Service Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring our field teams are ready to deliver exceptional service. Your focus will be on assigning employees to jobs based upon their skills, abilities, availability, and squad performance to maximize the effectiveness of the squad. You’ll serve as the employees’ primary point of contact regarding training, mobilisation, pay, and assignments and ensure that all employees are current on training and performance reviews. Where applicable you will oversee a specific employee base and work with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base.
