To maintain our position among the Top 5 nuclear players worldwide, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the market entry efforts in Poland and position Assystem as a key player in the region.
Directly reporting to our SVP Energy International, you will be responsible for managing the entire business development process, from the early detection of leads to negotiating deals, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

You must hold at least an Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, Business Development (BD), or Key Account Management (KAM) roles, ideally within the Energy sector, is required.
