We have an excellent opportunity for a Site IT Support Technician to join our Oxford office and play a key role in supporting, maintaining and continuously improving the IT experience across the business.
In this role, you will deliver high‑quality desk‑side and remote support to colleagues, ensure our end‑user systems are well run and secure, and contribute to the ongoing development of our tools, processes and office infrastructure as the company continues to grow. You will be an approachable member of the Team acting as a trusted point of contact for day‑to‑day IT support.
Beyond operational support, the Site IT Technician plays an important role in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Oxford office. You will act as a local IT ambassador, helping teams understand and get the most out of the technology available to them, and proactively increasing technology awareness through engagement, communication and education initiatives such as regular internal Tech Sessions.
This is a fully office-based role, working closely with the wider global IT team.
