Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Office Manager (m/f/d) in Bremen, Germany. The position is a part-time role with approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, applicants, and new employees
Coordinate onboarding for new employees (IT equipment orders, key management, etc.) and introduce them to the branch
Receive and distribute mail/courier deliveries and packages, as well as handle outgoing shipments
Manage hotel bookings for employees
Coordinate and communicate with building maintenance and/or handyman services
Order and manage office supplies and consumables for all office areas
Regularly check the functionality of kitchen appliances, order replenishments (coffee, CO₂ bottles, etc.), and coordinate with leasing providers
Prepare and tidy up meeting rooms, including arranging catering for upcoming meetings
Handle billing and monitoring of office management expenses
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
Several years of experience in office management
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
Ability to act independently with a hands-on mentality
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Confident and professional attitude when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
High sense of responsibility and team orientation
Flexibility in handling changing requirements and tasks
