Job description

Key responsibilities:  

• Develop and design logistic solutions across our assigned projects and client portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client expectations
• Act as the strategic interface between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders—building trust and driving collaboration
• Own the commercial performance of your projects, including budgeting, financial control, and profitability analysis
• Develop and present tailored proposals and tenders, showcasing our capabilities and delivering competitive, value-driven offers
• Source and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and long-term partnerships
• Exquisite quality and continuous improvement, contributing to the value of our service offering and internal processes

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

• A solid foundation in freight forwarding, with hands-on experience in project cargo, breakbulk, and heavy lift operations
• A commercial mindset with the ability to translate operational insights into strategic value for our clients
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a solution-oriented attitude
• Comfort working in diverse, international environments, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
